Hydrogenation systems have many applications in industry but due to their expensive imported catalysts and also their costly severe operating conditions (high pressure and high temperature) are economically costly for existing domestic industries. TPFS removes these barriers by using novel plasma technology not only for hydrogenating but also for producing other free radicals. The most distinctive feature of these systems is the lack of need for hydrogen storage which is a risk factor in process safety. Also the performance of the mentioned system is continuous which is a positive functional point.
